The purpose of the Continental Park Homeowners Association shall be to promote the general welfare of the Continental Park Community by identifying and addressing the issues and matters of concern.

Community Milestones
1941
Dade County acquires the property and it becomes knows as Rock Pit 79 and Sand Pit 70.
1958
Board of County Commissioners transfers control of the property to Park and Recreation Department.
1968
The Dade County Manager authorizes construction of the ballfields.
1990
The Continental Park Homeowners Association is officially established to preserve our community character.
2005
The Dice House is saved through community and preservation advocacy, and relocates to Continental Park.
2020
The Dice House undergoes another significant restoration project.
